Aaron, a second generation Real Estate professional, has been in the Real Estate Industry for over ten years. As a teenager, Aaron spent a significant amount of time helping out in his family’s successful Appraisal business and in his spare time worked alongside his Uncle, a well known builder specializing in custom built homes. Aaron has invested in several homes and condominiums throughout his young adult life. He currently owns investment properties in Cardiff by the Sea, CA, Solana Beach CA, and in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
What separates Aaron from most other Realtors is his experience in the Valuation of properties. He is a State Certified Appraiser and the President of Accelerated Appraisal Source, a local Appraisal firm with a reputation of delivering professional, thorough Appraisal reports. His understanding of value and market trends are crucial in assisting clients to secure a successful transaction.
