A native Californian, Lara Grow was born in and raised in Encinitas, and has called Cardiff-by-the-Sea her home since 1997.
Having grown up in sunny Southern California, Lara enjoys many different outdoor activities, and makes the sand and surf her daily destination in the summer. Her main focus throughout adolescence and young adulthood was the study of dance. Lara trained under the instruction of Janice Lee in downtown Encinitas, and has studied under the guidance of Faith Jensen Ismay. She performed with Mojalet Dance Collective, a semi-professional modern dance group. Lara has also studied acting, singing, and musical theatre.
Lara brings unique qualities and talents to her real estate profession. Lara’s desire and drive, along with her genuine warmth and caring demeanor, make working with her a joy. Her attention to detail, thoroughness, and innate ability to negotiate “down to the hard tacks”, has earned her high praise from her clients. that rocketed her real estate career. In her first year as a real estate agent Lara conducted transactions from Oceanside to Scripps Ranch, as well as in Encinitas and Cardiff-by-the Sea. Lara has helped clients identify properties throughout the county, and has an intimate knowledge of the Encinitas, Cardiff, and Solana Beach area.
Lara is a SDSU graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis of nutrition, physiology, and bio-mechanics. Primarily a people-person who loves her family and friends, she has also been working at Mille Fleurs, a fine dining establishment in Rancho Santa Fe, since 1996.
Lara is about quality of life, and doing the right thing. Lara’s background and training provide her numerous opportunities for successful career. Lara chose real estate as a profession because of her deep connection to the area. As she tells her clients, she is:
